favorite sites If you are not completely satisfied with your Dynamic Doppler, within 7 days of receiving it, contact Dynamic Doppler at 1-800-476-6211 or by E-Mail at returns@dynamicdoppler.com. We will either exchange your unit or schedule a return and refund your rental or purchase fee (shipping fees are not refunded). Return Shipping is FREE within the Continental United States, using a issued UPS Call Tag. If you prefer to ship the Dynamic Doppler using another carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you choose an alternative carrier, please insure the Standard Unit for $425.00, the Display Unit for $525.00, and Return to: Dynamic Medical Supplies, Inc. Dynamic Doppler offers a free Ground Call Tag for every rental unit shipped in the Continental United States. When you're ready to return the Doppler: Place the Doppler back in it's original packaging, along with the User's Manual, Listening to Your Baby Pamphlet and CD. Contact us at returns@dynamicdoppler.com or 1-800-476-6211, we will place your account on hold and schedule the UPS pick up. During the pick up process, UPS will collect and label the package. If your package isn't accessible, UPS will leave the return label, and you will need to affix the label and take the package to a UPS store for shipment. If you are returning the unit close to your monthly billing date, please contact us before you send the unit so we can place your account on hold. This is done so you are not billed while your unit is in transit. If your account is placed on hold, you will have 7 days (after your billing date) for us to receive the unit prior to billing. If you return the unit and it is received by us within 7 days of your billing date, and your account has been billed, we will credit your account for that month's rental fee. Return shipping from Canada, APO, PO Box, Alaska and Hawaii is your responsibility. Upon our receipt of the Doppler, Dynamic Doppler will issue your credit card a $12.00 (US funds) credit to help pay for return shipping costs. Please return to: Dynamic Medical
