Month to Month Rental - The initial charge, (twenty two dollars ($22.00) for the Dynamic Doppler Standard Unit, or forty two dollars ($42.00) for the Dynamic Doppler Display Unit), will be billed on the day the unit is shipped and on that same day every month, until the unit is returned or paid in full (at the new unit price). All applicable taxes are included in the rental price. Any applicable shipping, insurance or gel charges will be billed with the first month's rental fee. 

Pre-Paid Rental - The initial pre-paid amount will be billed on the day the unit is shipped and will pay the account in full for the length of the chosen pre-paid package.  Once the pre-paid term has expired the given credit card will be billed the monthly rental fee, that corresponds to the chosen prepaid package,  on the said bill day and on that same day every month, until the unit is returned or paid in full (at the new unit price).  All applicable taxes are included in the rental price. Any applicable shipping, insurance or gel charges will be billed with the first month's rental fee. Prepaid rental fees are non-refundable after the initial 7 day guarantee.

This Unit is rented under Colorado State Law. If your account becomes delinquent, past due, or otherwise not paid in full, you are bound by The State of Colorado's theft of rental property statute (18-4-402). Theft of rental property is a class 5 Felony where the value of the property involved is five hundred dollars or more but less than fifteen thousand dollars.

Past due accounts are subject to an 18% annual finance charge, professional collection fees and any related attorney fees. Accounts are considered past due at 30 days.

By renting the Dynamic Doppler Standard Unit, or Display Unit, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Dynamic Doppler / Dynamic Medical Supplies, Inc., and all of it's officers and employees from all liability for my use of the Doppler rented hereunder.

Warranty:
Upon receiving the Dynamic Doppler, if you are not completely satisfied contact Dynamic Doppler at 1-800-476-6211 or E-Mail us at returns@dynamicdoppler.com and return the Doppler, along with all the included items and supplies, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Dynamic Doppler warrants that the Dynamic Doppler Standard Unit, and the Dynamic Doppler Display Unit will perform to standard specifications during the rental period. If any unit fails during the rental period, Dynamic Doppler will replace it free of charge.

Upon inspection of the Doppler, if Dynamic Doppler determines that the Doppler was altered or repaired by anyone other that a authorized technician, or if the unit was broke due to misuse, neglect, or accident, the customer assumes full financial liability for repair or replacement of the Doppler. If the Doppler is lost, stolen, or destroyed the customer will be charged the full price of $425.00 for the Dynamic Doppler Standard Unit, and $525.00 for the Dynamic Doppler Display Unit.

All credit card transactions and personal information are submitted to us through a secure socket layer (SSL) server and are processed through Americard Processing Systems, Inc.
